The general terms and conditions of the online store Komet Metlika d.d. lays down the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale of products and are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e-commerce. When you log on to the system, the visitor obtains a user name and password. By registering the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The visitor can also make the purchase by entering the data once and does not need a password registration. In doing so, the customer's data is not stored and is only used to process the order.


Ordering

Ordering takes place over the Internet 24 hours a day, all days of the year. The minimum purchase value is 10€. To order more than one different product, click on the back button, where you can select the items again and repeat the ordering process. When you click the subscribe button, you see the items you have selected. You can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking the "remove" or "remove all" button.

"Enter the discount code" - occasionally, a code or password is published somewhere on the Comet Metlika web page , which must be entered to enforce a certain percentage discount. (the discount is only valid for a limited time).

"Enter order information" - When entering data, you must enter all mandatory information that is marked with an asterisk. In the end, you must agree to accept the general terms and conditions..

An order from the Comet online store is placed when all mandatory fields are completed and a check-in is made by clicking on the "subscribe" button. This gives the contract a final award. If the show was successful, you'll be shown the following: "Thank you for your purchase. We sent you confirmation of your purchase to your signed-in email. If you have not received confirmation, please call us: 07/ 30 58 247."

If the ordered product is not in stock or that the order cannot be performed for other reasons, the user will be notified by e-mail.

Delivery

The estimated delivery date is 5-8 business days. We do not provide delivery services on Saturdays. Delivery costs are €3.50 and post office will charge you a fee for the bill according to the valid price list set by Pošta Slovenije. When purchasing over €80, we do not charge postage. If the supply of the ordered product goes down, we will notify you.

Payment method

In the online shop, it is possible for natural persons to pay on delivery in cash. Legal persons pay the goods at the budget. When the goods are received, the buyer receives the invoice.

The purchase agreement (order) is stored electronically at the headquarters of the city of Comet Metlika d.d. and is always accessible to the customer.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to notify the provider in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods (without having to state the reason for his decision) in writing at 07 30 58 194 or by post to Comet Metlika d.d., Rosalnice 1, 8330 Metlika. The buyer must return the goods to the company within 30 days of the written message to: Comet Metlika d.d., Rosalnice 1, 8330 Metlika. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We don't accept ransom shipments. On return, the products must be unused, unembrood, quanti up and in their original packaging.

Comet Metlika d.d. returns the entire purchase price immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.

Comet Metlika d.d. is responsible for the real faults of purchased products in the www.komet-metlika.si. The customer reports the complaint to the email address trgovina@komet-metlika.si or by phone on 07 30 58 247. Comet Metlika d.d. will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days of the buyer's written communication and inform him how the complaint process will proceed

Prices

All prices are in euro (EUR). Prices include value added tax (VAT).
When purchasing, prices and discounts apply at the time of the order is awarded.
Prices are valid until the publication of the new price list in the Comet online store. Those prices only apply to purchases made in the Comet online store and may differ from those at other points of sale.

TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE TENDER

The buyer may at any time request by e-mail that we cease to use your personal data for the purpose of sending electronic news. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider shall make every effort to fulfil its duty to deal with complaints and to take account of the effective handling of complaints. Within five working days, the provider will confirm that he has received the complaint, inform the buyer how long he will deal with it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
